First off, let me just say that this is a stunning picture! The reflection you captured is so unique; the bit of blur is a nice touch as well- it really brings the water's movement and rippling to life. I like the thick black reflection at the top as well, it frames the picture somewhat.

One thing I might work on would be the colors. This picture could have so much more life to it if you enhanced the color vibrance (an easy fix with most any photo editing programs). Other than that, the picture is perfect. The angle/DOF is perfect!

Great job; I enjoy watching your photos and see you improve with each picture.
