This is a real good macro of a rose blossom. The colors are soft and the tone on tone setting is beautiful. The rose tone is a pleasant, tender color. The background from green to something blue is calm too without anything that attracts attention but with some structure so that it is not boring. The sharpness is at the right point.
It may be a small improvement if the whole blossom would be sharp, but this is more or less a question of taste, even the second unsharp part of a rose colored blossom is at the right place to emphasize the main flower.

Phew it's harder to write a critique, than to make a good photo.
